Functional concept for area Montraker provides a development plan for achieving an organized system of facilities and activities that meets modern needs of current and future users. The area includes 11,15 ha and coastline of approximately 1300 m in length. Montraker area is a unique complex and should be considered as a whole and accordingly to that a comprehensive plan should be made that will ensure the quality of the final result regardless of the implementation manner that can include construction in phases. With that in mind a comprehensive functional concept is introduced with programmes for its six characteristic zones.
