An urban park comprising a variety of facilities for all ages and types of users

The preliminary design for the Field of Mars sports and recreation area aims to create a coherent urban green area that combines recreational, sports, resting, cultural, and entertainment features and facilities. The plan is to arrange the area so that it offers amenities suitable for all ages and types of users – sports fields (for five-a-side football, basketball, handball, and tennis), a track for running, rollerblading, etc., a table-tennis table, climbing structures, a children's playground, a dog park, fitness and trim equipment, etc.

The arrangement of open grass areas suitable for different types of recreational and resting activities and the formation of a square within the sports fields and an amphitheatre for hosting smaller events along green areas will all contribute to the creation of a lively environment for social interaction, offering enough room for everyone to find their own space. The entire area will be decorated with plants and connected by pedestrian and bicycle paths. There will also be car parks available and other service facilities necessary for ensuring the utmost comfort for all visitors.
