The first phase of construction of the Valdaliso beach in Rovinj has been completed

The Valdaliso Beach is a newly-build Rovinj's city beach. After three months of construction that included elements like coastal wall with beach access, coastal promenade, infrastructure and beach equipment (custom designed benches, litter bins, bicycle stands, changing rooms, showers, lifeguard stand, deck chairs) Rovinj is richer for 170m of designed coastline. The pebble-stone beach is expanded and a part of it has been adapted to enable access for people with disabilities and reduced mobility. Most of the existing trees have been preserved. Along promenade young trees and native type of shrubs are planted with green lawn areas equipped with automatic irrigation system.
